Use:

A highly modular rotary harrow with quick-change tines for various soil cultivation methods and for use with a seed drill. It enables very shallow and gentle soil cultivation with Samurai blades, replacing the rotary tillers commonly used in regenerative agriculture. It can also be used as a rotary cultivator to uproot weeds such as docks and buttercups and bring them to the soil surface.

Development status:

Successfully operating on all pioneering farms, several machines already in use

Modifications:

Support wheels for precise depth control, adapted "corkscrew" tine shape to lift biomass and uproot weeds and grasses as whole plants as possible. See also documentation.

Small rotary rake, for example to windrow mulch from 3-5 neighboring beds onto one bed. Saves the loading and unloading with the loading wagon.

Development status:

The mulch layer is not precise/uniform enough for the mulch planting machine, but very good, for example, for planting by hand, such as with pumpkins or zucchini, or also for "post-planting" mulch, as with potatoes.

Use:

Modular and suitable for direct seeding. The rotary harrow and seed drill can be lowered independently – a decision for each bed!

Development status:

In widespread use since 2023 for cereals, green manures, undersowing, paths, vegetables

Modifications:

The seed drill was reduced in size to fit the bed width and fitted with rolling wheels that allow for precise height adjustment. A double seed hopper was attached, enabling the sowing of cover crops, mixed crops (such as legumes with a support crop), and clover paths alongside the main crop. Additionally, the seed drill can be combined with a rotary harrow using a hydraulic hitch.

Use:

Strip harvesting. It is important that the combine harvester follows the CTF tracks. This prevents soil compaction in the bed and allows planting and sowing of the subsequent crop without tillage immediately after harvesting. Harvesting pure, stone-free crops saves significant costs in subsequent cleaning.

Development status:

Suitable for all types of grain, and also for: burdock seeds, carrot seeds, nettles, etc. In the long term, a more powerful combine harvester with a consistent driving path would be important.
